Honey

Honeys are harvested and bottled by Jean-Louis Lautard, a beekeeper renowned for the quality of his honey and whose bees gather pollen from the flowers of the Barbossi Estate from September to May.

In this protected environment, the hives develop productively thanks to the expertise of the beekeeper, and are prepared for the transhumance period. They are then ready to produce Provencal honey and lavender honey.

The Mediterranean scrub honey is harvested exclusively from hives kept on the Barbossi Estate.
