The renowned beekeeper Jean-Louis Lautard has been working on the Barbossi Estate for over 30 years.

The hives are situated in the scrub of the Esterel Massif. With its noble Mediterranean vegetation, and natural wild flora – its cork oak, two kind of tree heath and strawberry tree – the Mediterranean scrub is the perfect location for bees.

The Esterel Massif has its own geological, botanical and scenic identity.
