The first harvests will take place in 2012.
Our white grape vines were planted after three years of preparation. After being left fallow, the soil was enriched with organic material. The varieties and rootstock were chosen depending on the qualities unique to each plot. The vines were planted and attached to their supports, and the irrigation system was set up, in May 2009.

The vineyard is divided into three plots with the following characteristics :

• Chardonnay : 1,530 vines over 3,295 m²
• Vermentino (Rolle) : 1,660 vines over 3,840 m²
• Muscat petit-grain : 770 vines over 1,605 m²
