Located at the heart of the Barbossi Estate, the olive grove is several hundred years old and provides us with top quality olive oil. The cailletier – the emblematic cultivar of our region with appellation d’origine contrôlée status – gives it a delicacy and an exceptional aroma.

The olive trees are treated with the respect their old age deserves : they are weeded, not watered, kept fly-free and harvested with an electric picker.

We are now developing the olive grove using the cailletier variety only.
